MARROW is a creative consultancy working at the intersection of branding, communications, influence and culture.
Built on the belief that the strongest brands are not manufactured through noise, but shaped through perception, instinct and cultural relevance, MARROW approaches brand building from the inside out — stripping brands to their essence before rebuilding them with clarity and intention.
Working across fashion, luxury and consumer sectors, the agency focuses on brand positioning, PR, campaigns, influence, communications and strategic storytelling with a globally informed perspective.

Our Founder
Founded by Tanya Mansharamani Kapur, a brand and communications strategist with experience across India and London, working with global luxury, fashion and consumer brands including Gaurav Gupta Couture, Aisha Rao, Edelman and Linda Farrow among others.
Her experience spans luxury fashion, FMCG and cultural communications across both B2C and B2B landscapes, having worked on brands including KFC, Lakmé Fashion Week, Microsoft, Unilever and international couture houses.
Having led global PR strategy, celebrity relations, campaigns, media visibility and brand positioning across markets, her approach combines strategic precision with cultural intuition, building brands that resonate beyond visibility alone.
